Meet forever foster Charlotte, a sweet and loving 9 year old girl. Charlotte is paralyzed in her rear legs following a back injury she sustained at the age of 6. She does not let her disability slow her down one bit. She is a happy and loving girl who enjoys her cuddles, playtime with her canine sisters and going for walks in her wheelchair. After spending over a year in rescue care, it was decided that it would be in Charlottes best interest to stay with her foster family, where she can continue to thrive and be loved just as she is.
